1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbje ("fbje", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fbje website located at https://fbje.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on fbje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the fbje platform. • You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third-party operator when using the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and maintain that accuracy throughout your account lifetime.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of fbje services, you must register a single account using your real personal details. fbje operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are not permitted and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify fbje support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login details have been compromised.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

fbje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for Bangladesh players. All account balances are maintained in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no deposit fee on standard bKash or Nagad transactions. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time upon confirmation of payment.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and must comply with all terms stated in this section before fbje will process the payment.

• The player's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. fbje may request a copy of a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or other acceptable identity document.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered under the same name as the fbje account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 60 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other methods may differ.
• fbje reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional verification or investigation if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. fbje does not accept third-party payments. Any funds received from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fbje may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific rollover requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• fbje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are in the process of satisfying wagering requirements will be entitled to retain those bonus funds under the terms stated at the time of claiming.
• Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on fbje use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming from regulated studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for slot games. fbje does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to fair play for all Bangladesh players.

• Players may not use any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with fbje games or betting markets. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

In the event of a discrepancy between fbje's displayed result and the official result published by the relevant governing body, the official result will take precedence for settlement purposes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbje. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in a report being made to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account on fbje, whether under the same name, different names, or via different payment methods.
• Using fbje for any form of money laundering, fraud, or illicit financial activity including but not limited to depositing funds through stolen payment accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Accessing or attempting to access the fbje platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any non-human interface.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fbje staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your fbje account for any purpose.

9 Responsible Gaming

fbje is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity for adults aged 21 and above. If gambling stops being enjoyable or begins to cause financial, personal, or psychological stress, fbje encourages players to use the support tools available on the platform.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

fbje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or providing fraudulent identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any activity that may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion submitted through fbje support channels.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at fbje's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been settled.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if fbje has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fbje content without prior written consent.

The fbje brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary to fbje. Unauthorised use of fbje's intellectual property — including but not limited to reproducing the logo, mimicking the platform design, or registering similar domain names — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.
